I run The AGI Studio, a one-person company that builds AI-native software the way it should be built: deterministic software does the execution, AI is reserved for judgment, and a human gate governs anything that carries real risk. The company is operated by a harness I wrote. It is the product behind the products.

The philosophy
The models handle what actually needs a mind: routing, review, taste, the calls where ambiguity lives. Nothing generative sits in the hot path of execution.
The work itself is deterministic code: workflows, rules, gates, ledgers. Same input, same output, every run. Auditable by design, boring on purpose.
Departments, routing rules, and quality gates compound with every verified run. The company gets better through the system, not through longer hours.

The system
The AGI Studio is a one-person company operated by a virtual operating system of specialised departments - they are software, not staff. Deterministic software does the work, AI handles judgment, and a human gate governs anything high-risk.
The work
Unsolicited builds, made to apply for a role at each company. Not client work, not commissioned, and never billed. Each one is a running deployment produced through the studio's own JobFlow pipeline, not a slide deck.

A People AI risk-tier router: HR request classifier, data-flow map, approval gate, payroll-calendar awareness, audit log, and maintenance handoff playbook. The demo walks the full path of a request: classified on intake, mapped for data exposure, routed by risk tier, and released only through the approval gate.
